The Investment: Requires a non-refundable Flat Project Fee starting at $3,000 – $5,000 USD, plus custom fees for management and operational scale.

Evaluating Your Overall Investment
To ensure alignment, we categorise your total investment as follows:
1. The Design Retainer: A fixed, one-time payment (starting at US$3,000) that pays for our expertise and creation of the journey blueprint.
2. Land Costs: This covers all in-country expenses: luxury accommodation, private transfers, exclusive experiences, and local guides. For our Bespoke Journeys, clients typically allocate a minimum budget starting at US$1,000 to US$1,500 per couple, per night, for land costs. We will finalise a detailed Land Cost estimate with you during or immediately after the Discovery Call to ensure the final journey matches your financial goals.
3. Airfare: Handled separately or facilitated by our host agency.
Your Peace of Mind: Key Service Clarifications
The Non-Refundable Retainer: The fee is charged for our specialised design expertise and intellectual property—the 20-30+ hours required to vet destinations, secure exclusive partners, and build your custom itinerary. This investment is non-refundable because the work is delivered upfront, regardless of future travel dates.
Airfare & Logistics: Our design expertise is focused solely on your land-based transformation — the accommodations, private guides, and exclusive experiences that make your journey unique. We simplify complex air travel by either coordinating bookings through our trusted host agency partners or directly integrating with your existing private aviation specialist. You are always welcome and encouraged to book your own international air travel, allowing us to focus 100% of our energy on curating your impeccable itinerary once you land.
Cancellations: If you cancel your confirmed journey, all supplier penalties (hotels, tours, etc.) will apply. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect all non-refundable elements, including your initial Design Retainer.
