We don't work from templates or packages. We start by understanding you — where you're drawn, what you're hoping to feel, and what kind of footprint you want to leave. From there, we build something that couldn't exist without knowing you specifically.
We work with in-destination partners whose values we've rigorously assessed — their standards are aligned with ours. Every recommendation is made because it's right for your journey, not because of what it earns us.
We take on a small number of clients at any given time. That's not a sales line — it's how we protect the quality of what we design.

Your journey starts with a planning fee from $2,500 USD — this is where the work begins. It covers the research, the partner conversations, the hours spent building something that genuinely fits you. It's how we ensure our focus stays entirely on your journey, not on what we earn from booking it.
What you spend on the ground — accommodation, experiences, transfers — is a separate conversation, shaped entirely around what you're looking for. We'll discuss that openly once we understand your journey.
There are no hidden costs and no surprises. If it's not the right fit after our first conversation, we'll tell you honestly before anything is committed.
How to begin
Let’s start with a few questions.
The application asks a few questions about who you are, where you're drawn, and what you're hoping for. If it feels like a good fit, we'll be in touch to arrange a conversation. If it's not the right moment or the right match, we'll say so.
The planning fee is confirmed before we begin design work — never sprung on you mid-conversation.
